We just arrived home from a two week stay in Pennsylvania. During our time there, we were able to minister with five different churches and a Christian school. We were thankful for a number of opportunities to work with teenagers – including a youth conference at Riggles Gap Bible Church. There were teens from several churches at the conference and we’re thankful for how the Lord worked in hearts. I was able to preach several times and Charissa taught a split session with the teen girls.

One particular blessing during this conference was a conversation I had after a service. A man approached me and adamantly told me that the message was “exactly what I needed.” He then went on to explain the battle he was facing. I’m so thankful that God knows the exact need of our heart! It is amazing to see the Holy Spirit take the Word of God and meet every need in each person’s life. 

We spent the beginning of April at our home church – New Life Baptist Church. We were glad to be a part of the spring revival services there and watch the Lord work in our hearts and in our church family. 

As we enter May, we will head to Overland, Missouri for a Sunday through Wednesday Revival meeting. After that, we will return home and prepare for the busy summer schedule ahead!
