Striving for the Gospel

In the summer of 2019, I accepted God’s call to serve Him in evangelism. I later graduated from Indiana Baptist College with a degree in Evangelism. I am currently serving as a Staff Evangelist at New Life Baptist Church in Franklin, Indiana. Over the past few years, God has given me opportunities in helping a number of churches through preaching, outreach, evangelistic crusades, soul-winning training, music ministry, and children’s ministry. I have also had the privilege of assisting in starting several Baptist churches. God has greatly blessed me in allowing me to serve Him through evangelism. It is my desire to be a help to churches by preaching the power of the Gospel to the saved and the lost alike. What a blessed Gospel we’ve been given that provides freedom from the penalty of sin and freedom from the power of sin! I am thrilled by God’s working in hearts in our present day and I desire to see that continue by His grace. I am eager to be a help to your church in any way the Lord would see fit!

The Lost Need Jesus
The only hope for a lost and dying world is the living Savior! Jesus Christ is the answer to all of mankind’s problems. Romans 1 tells us that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the “power of God unto salvation.” This is still true today! Without Christ, every man is condemned and under God’s wrath. Praise God for the grace of God that bringeth salvation! God freely offers this salvation to anyone who will trust in Jesus alone to be saved!
The Saved Need Jesus
Many Christians struggle to grow because they recognize only the saving death of Jesus and not the saving life of Jesus! Through Jesus, the believer can have victory in his life right now! It is through knowing Jesus that the believer can experience joy, peace, and hope. May each Christian recognize his need of Jesus as he presses “toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.”
