We have been able to be involved in a number of unique outreaches since our last update in June. We spent three weeks (at the end of June and beginning of July) helping with an evangelistic crusade in Mason City, Iowa. We were there helping Evangelist Landon Edminster and the Evangelize America team led by Evangelist John Reed. I was privileged to be able to preach to the children for the two week meeting. We also were able to get out over 30,000 pieces of gospel literature. We are thankful for around 20 souls that trusted Christ.

After Iowa, we headed back to New Life Baptist Church for our annual day camp. This is a 9AM-4PM, Monday through Friday, camp. I was able to preach one of the messages each day and help run activities and games. We had around 50 kids attend throughout the week. We are thankful for a number of children who were getting their questions about eternity answered. Pray that we would have continued connection with these children.

At the end of July, I was able to travel to Trinidad with a group from First Baptist Church of Land O’ Lakes, FL. We held revival services in one of the local churches there, and helped them run a VBS and teen outreach. I was able to preach both to the teens and the adults throughout the week. We are thankful for a number of teens and a few adults who trusted Christ as their Savior! I’m reminded that wherever on the globe we go, the Gospel is “the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth.”
